Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping promotions apply only where explicitly stated on product or cart pages.
- Oversized items (e.g., full-size bikes, frames, wheels) may incur additional handling charges.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees.
- BicycleSunday.com is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local carrier handling.
Shipping Address Changes
- Address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched by contacting support.
- Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
- If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned, we will notify you via email.
- Re-shipment costs may apply. Refunds (if applicable) exclude original shipping and handling fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund will be assessed case-by-case.
Shipping Restrictions
