Shipping Terms

These Shipping Terms explain how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by BicycleSunday.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Domestic Orders        : 3–7 business days
  • International Orders  : 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and destination)

  • Note: Delivery timelines exclude processing time and may vary due to customs clearance and destination.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
    • Free shipping promotions apply only where explicitly stated on product or cart pages.
    • Oversized items (e.g., full-size bikes, frames, wheels) may incur additional handling charges.

    Order Tracking

    • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
    • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees.
    • BicycleSunday.com is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local carrier handling.

    Shipping Address Changes

    • Address changes can be requested before the order is dispatched by contacting support.
    • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

    Failed Delivery & Return to Sender

    • If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned, we will notify you via email.
    • Re-shipment costs may apply. Refunds (if applicable) exclude original shipping and handling fees.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items.
    • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate. Replacement or refund will be assessed case-by-case.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • Certain products may be restricted by size, weight, or local regulations.
    • Some destinations may not support delivery of lithium batteries or pressurized cylinders (e.g., CO₂ cartridges) included in accessories.

    P.O. Boxes & Special Addresses

    • We generally cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses for oversized items.
    • Please provide a physical address to avoid delays.
